This is Sam, our foster beagle who wound up staying with us thanks to the Keep-Um Fairy. Sam cannot move her bowels or empty her bladder on her own, she is expressed daily. The rescue we were fostering her for were going to have her euthed. She is one of the most affectionate velcro dogs I have ever met!
