Serenity

Serenity is my 2 year old handicapped cat. We adopted her from a WONDERFUL rescue called Purrfect Pals, operating out of the Seattle area. Because of a spinal cord injury VERY early in her life, her hip sockets did not form correctly. With the help of a veterinary acupuncturist, she has regained almost full feeling and use of her back legs and bowels. However, because the hip sockets are misshapen, she is unable to keep her back legs beneath her for walking. She is a feisty, happy, active, determined little girl, and we hope to be able to afford a cart for her very soon! Bugs of the world beware!
